I used my camera to take pictures to demonstrate the elements and principles of art and design out in the real world. I found examples from everyday objects to help show what each one is about. I had a lot of fun finding things to represent each element/principle, it was like a very creative scavanger hunt!
I liked your scavenger hunt reference, that is exactly what I thought of while I was working on my project. I took a bunch of photos and tried to match up which element and principal best described each photo. I loved your movement and texture photos. Looking at the scrapes on the slide makes me picture kids flying down it. Your shot of the Eiffel Tower for proportion was perfect. Did you visit Paris recently? I thought your photos were great representations of the elements and principal concepts. Setting p the spoons for repetition was similar to what I had done with my son's bee bees.
ReplyDeleteI liked your pictures. I would have never thought to use a playground for some of the principles/elements and I have a playground in my backyard lol. I especially loved your unity picture of the boat in the water with the sunset background, it was beautiful:) You can feel the harmony and calmness.
